情感疗法在精神分裂症患者恢复期的应用

Application of affection therapy in patients with schizophrenia in convalescence

目的了解情感疗法在精神分裂症中的作用。方法146例患精神分裂症的患者分为2组。对照组给予传统的临床与护理治疗,研究组除给予传统治疗外,给予情感治疗。所有的入组患者在治疗前后进行了评估。结果在治疗前,研究组与对照组间在无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组较对照组相比,简明精神病量表及住院患者康复疗效评定量表评分显著降低(P<0.05)。结论情感疗法对精神分裂症患者的康复是有效的。

Objective To explore the effect of affection therapy in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 146 patients with schizophrenia were divided into two groups. Control group was administered by means of traditional therapy and nursing, and study group was administered not only by means of traditional therapy and nursing but also affection therapy. All patients were evaluated with the brief psychiatric rating scale （BPRS） and the rating scale of inpatient rehabilitation （IPROS） before and after treatment. Results In marks of BPRS and IPROS, there was no significant difference between control group and study group before therapy （P 〈 0.05）. After having received the treatment, study group showed lower marks of BPRS and IPROS than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The affection therapy is good for the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia.
