成纤维细胞生长因子受体3和中枢神经系统发育

摘要 在胚胎发育过程中成纤维细胞生长因子调控细胞的增殖、迁移和分化,这些过程要通过激活其受体来完成,其中包括成纤维细胞生长因子受体3(fibroblast growth factor receptor 3,FGFR3)。FGFR3是一类具有自身磷酸化活性的跨膜酪氨酸激酶受体。它和配体结合后通过一系列信号转导途径,完成复杂的细胞内外信号转导,从而完成神经发生、分化、树突分支及神经元存活等功能。FGFR3在发育中的中枢神经系统中广泛表达,一些研究表明,它和少突胶质细胞的发生密切相关,一般认为它和中枢神经系统发育有关。本文简单介绍成纤维细胞生长因子(fibroblast growth factors,FGFs)和成纤维细胞生长因子受体(fibroblast growth factor receptors,FGFRs)的关系,以及FGFR3结构上的一些特点,着重探讨FGFR3在大脑皮层发育和少突胶质细胞发育之间的关系。
