摘要 与传统的手术切除、放射治疗、化疗等胰腺癌治疗方法不同,胰腺癌的基因治疗是通过基因工程的方法逆转癌细胞的恶性状态而达到治疗目的。近年来,有关胰腺癌的基因治疗的研究在基因治疗方法、基因载体、载体导入途径和靶向调控等方面取得了一些进展,基因治疗有望成为一种治疗胰腺癌的较理想的方法。 Different from traditional operation, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the gene therapy for pancreatic carcinoma is to reverse malignancy of cancer cells through genetic engineering. For the past few years, considerable advances have been achieved in the fields of gene therapy for pancreatic carcinoma, such as therapeutical methods, gene carrier, introduction route of gene, targeting of gene delivery, adjustment and control of gene expressiom, et al. Gene therapy would be an ideal methods for the treatment of pancreatic carcinoma.
