吉诺通胶囊和雷诺考特喷鼻剂治疗分泌性中耳炎临床疗效分析

Observation of therapeutic effects of Myrtol Standarized and Budesonide on secretary otitis media

目的观察吉诺通和雷诺考特治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法58例(89耳)分泌性中耳炎病人随机分成2组,治疗组35例,在常规用药的基础上加服吉诺通,并使用雷诺考特喷鼻;对照组23例,予常规用药治疗。2、3周后随访,观察治疗前后症状、体征、纯音测听和鼓室压图的变化,比较治疗组和对照组疗效的差别。结果治疗组中18例28耳显效,12例17耳有效,5例7耳无效,总有效率达86.5%。对照中6例9耳显效,7例12耳有效,10例16耳无效,总有效率56.8%。结论口服吉诺通并鼻腔喷用雷诺考特能有效提高分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effects of Myrtol Standardized and Budesonide on the secretary otitis media（SOM）. [Methods] 58 patients （89 ears） with SOM were randomly divided into two groups, with 35 cases in the treatment group treated with routine medication combines with Myrtol Standardized orally given and Budesonide nasally sprayed, 23 cases in the control group treated only with routine medication, After 2-3 weeks of treatment, the changes in the symptoms, signs graph of tympanil pressure and pule-tome audionmetry were observed, and the differences of effects between these two groups were evaluated, [Results] The total efficiency rate was 86.5% in the treatment group, 56.8% in the control group. [Conclusion] Myrtol Standardized eorally given combined with Budesonide nasally sprayes can improve the therapeutic effects in patients with SOM.
