念珠菌感染的菌种类型及对氟康唑的药敏情况的监测 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析安贞医院3年来所培养到的念珠菌的菌种类型及对氟康唑的药敏情况。方法收集安贞医院2001 ̄2003年培养出来的可能致病的念珠菌共433株,从标本来源等方面分析菌种变化,并对常见的念珠菌对氟康唑药敏情况进行总结。结果致病念珠菌的数量由2001年的124株增加至03年的157株;尿标本中近平滑念珠菌由2001年的3株增加至2003年的18株,血标本中近平滑念珠菌由2001年的2株增加至2003年的7株。重症监护病房(ICU)的念珠菌培养的阳性率与内科病房,外科病房相比有显著差异P<0.05。氟康唑对白念的敏感性可达91.5%,对近平滑和光滑念珠菌的敏感性分别是84.2%和62.5%。结论念珠菌的数量逐年增加,其中尿液,及血液标本中近平滑念珠菌的增加最为显著。ICU的念珠菌培养阳性率是最高的。氟康唑仍然保持较高的抗真菌活性。 [Objective] Analysis on species distribution and susceptibility to Fluconazole of Candida in Anzhen hospital. [Methods] The culture positive specimen collected from Jan 2001 to Dec 2003 were 433. Study was carried on species distribution from origin of specimen and susceptibility to Fluconazole of Candida spp. [Results] The number of positive culture increased from 124 in 01 to 157 in 03. Candida parapsilosis increased from 3 in 01 to 18 in 03 of urine, from 2 in 01 to 7 in 03 of blood. The percent of positive culture of ICU (78.3±11.1) % is higher than the normal ward's (P 〈0.05). Fluconazole susceptibility to C. albicans, C. tropicalis and C. parapsilosis, is 91.5%, 84.2%, 62.5%, respectively. [Conclusions] The number of positive fungal culture was increasing. It is the most significant of the increase of Candida parapsilosis. Fluconazole remained highly susceptible.
