模糊层次评价与灰色统计评估在项目方案优化中的应用比较

Fuzzy Hierarchy Estimation and Grey Statistics Estimation in Optimization of Project Schemes

项目方案优化可采用模糊层次评价法,但该方法需专家打分,主观因素的影响比较大。提出灰色统计评估法,并将其和模糊层次评价法一起用于船型优化实证中。比较这两种方法,灰色统计评估法比模糊层次评价法更客观可靠,是一种比较理想的项目方案优化方法。

Fuzzy hierarchy estimation, which is more influenced by such subjective factors as scores given by experts, can be used in optimization of project schemes. This paper gives grey statistics method and applies it into the optimization of ship types together with the fuzzy hierarchy estimation. Grey statistics method is more objective and reliable comparing with fuzzy hierarchy estimation, thus it is an ideal method for optimization of project schemes.
