摘要
三峡工程除防洪、发电外,具有相当的航运效益,目前这一效益已初步显现。文章对此作了概略分析,并指出存在问题和及时抬高三峡水库蓄水位的必要性。
Besides flood control and power generation, the Three Gorges Project has created remarkable navigation benefit. Based on the analysis of navigation benefit, this paper points out the problems existed and the necessity of the raise of the Three Gorges Reservoir＇s impoundment level.
