多烯脂肪酸减轻5-氟尿嘧啶对免疫系统的损害

摘要 目的研究多烯脂肪酸减轻5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)对免疫系统的损害程度。方法通过小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能、免疫器官质量指数、外周血白细胞计算及淋巴细胞百分率、溶血空斑形成、迟发性变态反应实验观察复方5-FU多烯脂肪酸胶囊剂和市售5-FU片剂对机体免疫功能的影响。结果市售5-FU片剂对小鼠免疫功能有显著损害;复方5-FU多烯脂肪酸胶囊剂比市售5-FU片剂对小鼠免疫功能的损害显著降低。结论多烯脂肪酸能显著减轻5-FU对免疫系统的损害。 Purpose To study the degree of polyenoic fatty acids to alleviate the influence of 5-FU on immune system. Methods To observe the influences of complex 5-FU polyenoic fatty acids capsule and the 5-FU troches bought in market on immune system in mice by macrophage function, immune apparatus quality exponent, the levels of white blood cells and percentage of lymphocytes, haemolytic plaque, and delayed type hypersensitivity reaction. Results The 5-FU troches bought in market may damage the immune system of mice ob- viously, while Complex 5-FU polyenoic fatty acids capsule can alleviate the damage of immune system of mice evidently. Conclusion Polyenoic fatty acids can alleviate the damage of 5-FU on immune system markedly.
