摘要
用2~10mg·L-1PGR-08浸种,可使四叶期的小麦幼苗在干旱胁迫下,叶片气孔阻力增大,蒸腾强度下降,保水力提高,束缚水/自由水比值上升,而总含水量无明显变化。同时,叶片中叶绿素与可溶性蛋白质的含量亦维持在较高水平。
To soak wheat seed with 2~10 mg.L-1 PGR-08 caused the stomatal resistance of leaf of wheat seedlings aged 4 leaves increased under drought stress 3 the water-holding ability of leaf also increased;transpiration reduced,the rate of bound water/free water was rose,but the total water content of leaf was no obviously changed.The content of chlorophyll and soluble protein of leaf was kept on a higher level than CK,the permanent wilting coefficient was slightly dropped.
