中频电刺激心腧穴治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床观察

Clinical Research on the Mean Frequency Current Stimulated Xiushu in Treating Coronary Heart Disease with Angina Pectoris

目的:探讨中频电刺激心腧穴治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果。方法:将260例冠心病心绞痛的患者随机分为治疗组130例,对照组130例,除常规药物外,加用中频电刺激心腧穴,每日1次,对照组口服单硝酸异梨脂,每次20mg,每日2次。对两组患者冠心病心绞痛疗效进行对照观察与研究。结果:中频电刺激心腧穴可显著改善冠心病心绞痛临床症状,中频电刺激心腧穴治疗组心绞痛临床症状疗效:显效50例(38.5%),有效64例(49.2%),无效16例(12.3%),总有效率87.7%。单硝酸异山梨酯对照组显效36例(27.7%),有效41例(31.5%),无效53例(40.8%),总有效率59.2%。两组比较P<0.05,有显著差异。心电图疗效:治疗组显效38例(29.2%),有效58例(44.6%),无效34例(26.2%),总有效率为73.8%。单硝酸异山梨酯对照组显效23例(17.7%),有效41例(31.5%),无效66例(50.8%),总有效率为49.2%。两组有效率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。患者治疗前后缺血总面积变化比较,治疗组从治疗前的83.57±11.72减少到治疗后22.43±5.36,与治疗前比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中频电刺激心腧穴对改善冠心病心绞痛有明显疗效。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic efficacy of the mean frequency current stimulated xinshu acupoint in treating coronary heart Disease with angina pectoris. Methods： 260 coronary heart Disease patients with angina pectoris were divided into the control group and the mean frequency current stimulated xinshu acupoint group. The stimulated xinshu acupoint group were stimulated xinshu acupoint with the mean frequency current,and the holter ECG, blood viscosity and were examined. Results： In the the mean frequency current stimulated xinshu acupoint group, the total efficacy rate of improving of Angina Pectoris was 87.7% , the total efficacy of ECG improving was 73.8%, TIB of holter ECG from 83.57 ± 11.72 to 22.43 ± 5.36. The therapeutic efficacy of the mean frequency current stimulated xinshu acupoint is higher than control group, there was significant difference between these two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The mean frequency current stimulated xinshu acupoint is an effective therapy for treating coronary heart disease with angina pectoris.
