摘要
目的:观察和评价蝉花对慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床治疗效果。方法:将临床收集的126例CRF患者随机分为蝉花治疗组(n=42)、人工虫草组(n=42)和西药对照组(n=42),用药治疗180天,检测CRF患者的残存肾功能(Scr、BUN、Ccr)、血脂(TG、TCH)、血清白蛋白(ALb)、血色素(Hb)、红细胞比积(Hct),通过自身对照和组间对照观察和评价蝉花对CRF的临床疗效。结果:蝉花治疗组在治疗后Scr、BUN比治疗前均明显下降(P<0.01)。蝉花治疗组在治疗后ALb、Hb、Hct均明显高于治疗前,其差异十分明显(P<0.01)。蝉花治疗组患者治疗后的TG和TCH较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05)。结论:蝉花能降低血清肌酐、尿素氮水平,提高肌酐清除率,促进蛋白质的合成,纠正负氮平衡的作用;升高CRF患者血浆白蛋白、血红蛋白量和红细胞比积;能改善CRF患者的甘油三酯和降低血清胆固醇水平的作用。
Objective: To observe and evaluate the efficiency of Cordyceps Cicadae Shing (C. C, S. ) therapy in the 126 patients suffered from chronic renal failure. Methods: One hundred twenty -three patients collected in the clinic were divided into by randomized block design method C. C.S. treatment group ( n = 42), cultured cordyceps control group ( n = 42), Western medicine control group ( n = 42) and were cured 180 days. The remnant renal function (Scr, BUN, Ccr), blood -fat (TG, TCH), plasma albumin (AIB), hemoglobin (HB) ; hematocfit (Hct) of the patients with chronic renal failure were detected. To observe and evaluate the efficiency of C. C.S. therapy in 126 patients with CRF by the self - contrast and inter - contrast method. Results: The BUN and Scr in the C. C. S. treatment group decreased signitlcantly compared to before receiving therapy ( P 〈 0.01 ). The ALB, FIB and Hct in the C. C. S. treatment group were significantly higher than those before receiving therapy ( P 〈 0.01 ) o The TG and TCH in the C. C.S. treatment group ameliorated ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Cordyceps Cicadae Shing ameliorated the renal function, decreased the level of BUN and Scr and increased the level of creatinine clearance (Ccr). C.C.S. accelerated the synthesis of protein and corrected the unbalance of nitrogenous metabolism. C.C.S. promoted the quantity of HB, Hct and ALB. C. C.S. decreased the level of TG and TCH in the patient with CRF.
