当归注射液刺激神经干治疗脑梗塞后遗症的临床观察

Observation on Clinical Effect of Angelica Injection in Treating Cerebral Infarction Sequela Through Stimulating Nerve Root

目的:研究当归注射液刺激神经干治疗脑梗塞后遗症的治疗效果。方法:按标准选取脑梗塞病人130例,随机分成两组,对照组64例,治疗组66例,均用常规治疗,辅以针灸治疗,治疗组再用当归注射液刺激神经干治疗脑梗塞后遗症。治疗后第30天进行临床神经功能缺损评分。结果:治疗组与对照组在解决脑梗塞后遗症致残率上有显著的差异。治疗组治愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)结论:当归注射液用于治疗脑梗塞后遗症卓有成效。

Objective ：In order to explore the clinical effect of angelica injection in treating cerebralinfarction sequela through stimulating nerve root. Methods ：One handled and thirty patients with cerebral infarction, with their diagnosis conformed to the diagnosis standard of cerebral infarction, were divided into 2 groups randomly, the control group （ n =64） and the Al（angelica injection） group （ n = 66）. Routine treatment were given to both group and acupuncture was used as auxiliary therapy. In addition, angelica injection was used to treating cerebralinfarction sequela of the patients of AI group through stimulating nerve root. The evaluation of the neurologlc impairment was made after 30 days. Results ： The AI group showed obvious better effect in reducing the handicapping rate of patients with cerebralinfarction sequela（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Angelica injection has notable effect in treating cerebralinfarction sequela.
