复方丹参对大鼠脊髓损伤后髓磷脂碱性蛋白基因表达的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究大鼠脊髓损伤后应用复方丹参对大鼠髓磷脂碱性蛋白(MBP)基因表达的影响。方法:成年W istar大鼠随机分为脊髓损伤复方丹参治疗组(A组)、脊髓损伤生理盐水对照组(B组)、正常对照组(C组),伤后不同时间点处死大鼠,应用免疫组化和逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR法)检测大鼠脊髓损伤区MBP基因表达的动态变化。结果:复方丹参治疗组较生理盐水组明显促进了MBP基因在分子和蛋白水平的表达。结论:复方丹参可有效促进脊髓损伤后髓鞘重要构成成分MBP基因的表达,从而促进髓鞘的修复,可能是治疗脊髓损伤的机制之一。 Objective :To observe the effects of salvia miltiorrhiza on the myelin basic protein (MBP) after the spinal cord injury (SCI) of rats,and to investigate the mechanism of myelin regeneration after SCI by salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods: Sixty adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: spinal cord injury cured with salvia miltiorrhiza to injuryed site (group A), spinal cord injury received natrii chloridi solution (group B) ,control group(group C). Then the expression of MBP were testied by Immuno - histochemistry and RT - PCR. By means of above, We investigated the mechanism of repairing the myelin after the curing of salvia miltiorrhiza. Results : Compared with group B, the therapy of salvia miltiorrhiza enhanced the expression of MBP at different level in the spinal cord of group A, improved the myelin regeneration. Conclusion : The salvia miltiorrhiza can repair the injuried site and promote the regeneration of myelin by enhanced the expression of MBP. It is one of the mechanism ofrepairing the myelin after SCI by salvia miltiorrhiza.
