摘要
对SBR1502/SBR1712/BR9000共混物的动态特性进行了研究。结果表明,三种聚合物的相容性较好;SBR1502和SBR1712两种聚合物的分子柔性和抗湿滑性能基本相同,但生热特性不同;tanδ和Tg可以通过控制共混物各组分的用量来调节,以获得具有不同滞后生热和抗湿滑性能的胶料。
The dynamic properties of SBR1502/SBR1712/BR9000 blends are investigated. The results show the confluent property of three polymers is better. The molecular ilexility and wet hold of SBR1502 and SBR1712 is elementally same, but the heat generation property of them is different. The tanδ value and location can be adjusted by controlling the level of the blends to obtain a tread rubber with different wet hold and rolling resistance.
