摘要
介绍了用于地下矿产钻孔水力开采的脉冲射流-气举系统的工作原理,分析了自激振荡脉冲射流破碎器的性能和气举提升效率的影响因素,表明脉冲射流破碎器具有很强的水下破碎和疏松能力,能促进矿粒向气举吸头快速移动。钻孔水力采矿的实际应用表明该系统简单、安全、高效、具有较高的综合技术经济性能。
The principle of the pulsed waterjet & airlift pump system used in hydraulic borehole for underground mining is presented. The performance of the serf- excited oscillation pulsed waterjet breaker and the factors influencing the airlift pump efficiency are also discussed. It is shown that the pulsed waterjet can not only effectively break the hard clay or loose the particles of sand on the placer bed, but also produce oscillating cross flow to make the particles of sand moving to the end of the suction pipe quickly. The application of the borehole hydraulic mining indicates that the whole system is simple, safe, high efficient and has higher performances in respect to the technology and economy.
