摘要
露天开采地下矿室的矿山,坑底隔离层安全厚度的确定,目前还没有统一规范的计算方法。文章以大宝山矿露天地下开采的工程实例,结合计算隔离层安全厚度的方法,选择了具有代表性的五种理论计算方法和数值模拟方法,对各种计算结果进行了比较和评价,最后对各计算结果进行了求和归一法数据处理,并对结果进行了多项式数值逼近,得到了不同空区跨度与隔离层安全厚度的关系。这说明了作者方法的正确性与实用性,也为矿山设计隔离层厚度提供了参考,对指导露天地下开采安全生产施工具有重要意义。
In the case of open pit mining with underground gnaf, there are no uniform and normative calculations at present to determine the boundary pillar' s safety thickness. In this paper, based on the conditions of open pit and underground mining of Dabaoshan Mine and many methods for calculating the boundary pillar' s safety thickness, the boundary pillar' s safety thickness has been calculated in five representative ways and three dimension numerical simulation. The results have been compared with each other and analysed. Through summing up the calculation results by summation normalization method and approximating the result by polynomial numerical approximation method, the relationship between the span of mineout areas and the boundary pillar' s safety thickness has been established. It is shown that this method is valuable and practicable in engineering application and can be used to guide the design of the boundary pillar' s safety thickness. This will be of great significance to instruct the safety production of open pit and underground mine.
