摘要 目的研究硫酸铝钾对胎鼠肢芽细胞的增殖和分化的影响。方法应用微团培养法探讨不同浓度铝(0~100μmoL/L)对体外培养的小鼠胚胎肢芽细胞增殖和分化的影响。结果铝对肢芽细胞的50%增殖抑制浓度(IP50)和50%分化抑制浓度(ID50)分别为45.97和3.60μmol/L,IP50/ID50值为12.8,并有明显的剂量-反应关系。结论硫酸铝钾对胎鼠肢芽细胞的增殖和分化可能有抑制作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of KAl( SO4 ) 2 on proliferation and differentiation of mouse embryonic limb bud cells. Methods With the technic of mieromass culture in vitro, the effects of KAI( SO4 ) 2 (0 - 100 μmol/L) on the chondrogenesis of mouse embryo limb bud ceils was assessed. Results The concentrations of 50% inhibition dose of irradiation for cell proliferation (IP50) and the dose giving 50% of maximal inhibition (ID50) of KAl( SO4 )2 were ,14.94 μmol/L and 3.60 μmol/L respectively, and the ratio of IP50 and ID50 was 12. 8. There was an obvious dose-dependent response observed. Conclusion One of the teratogenie mechanisms of KAl( SO4 ) 2 could be the inhibition of proliferation and differentiation of mouse embryo limb bud cells.
