摘要
对谷子细胞变异系的过氧化物酶、细胞色素氧化酶和脂酶同工酶的分析表明:耐盐系在无盐胁迫条件下过氧化物酶同工酶的总酶活性高于对照系,其各同工酶带的强度也与对照有明显差异;在NaCl胁迫条件下耐盐系中个别原有的酶带消失。细胞色素氧化酶的活性与过氧化物酶同工酶的活性变化情况类似,均与对照有明显差异。脂酶同工酶酶诺在耐盐系与对照系之间无显著差异,但耐盐系的总酶活性低于对照系。ABA可促进对照系愈伤组织的酶谱发生趋向类似耐盐系的变化,相应提高了其对NaCl胁迫的适应,而耐盐系对ABA的这种作用不敏感。
The electrophoresis of isoenzymes of peroxidase, cytochrome oxidase and easterase in a stable NaCl-tolerant cell line of Setaria italica var. 7520 were carried out.The re-sults showed that on the NaCl- free medium,the total isoenzyme activities of peroxidase in tolerant cell line was remarkablly higher than that in control. The intensity of every individual band of isoenzymes was obviously different from the control's. Under NaClstress, some isoenzyme bands disappeared, or weakened. Similar changes occured in isoenzyme of cytochrome oxidase. However, no significant difference of isoeasterase patterns between salt - tolerant cell line and the control cell line was observed though the total enzyme activity in tolerant cell line was lower than the control's. The changes of isoenzyme patterns in control calli caused by ABA were like to that occured in salt-tolerant cell line. Thus, the external ABA increased adaptive ability of control cell lineto NaCl- stress. However, this effect of ABA to salt - tolerant cell line was not dis-tinct.
