摘要
研究了苹果花粉贮藏过程中,内源多胺水平及外源多胺对花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响.结果表明:元帅和国光花粉在贮藏期间,内源多胺及其总量与萌发率同步降低.外源多胺处理元帅、国光花粉,对其萌发率和花粉管长度产生极显著影响。SPm、SPd和Put处理有效促进浓度分别为3-7、30-70和30-50μmol/L,低于下限时作用不明显,高于上限则产生显著抑制作用.
The levels of polyamines (PAs), including putrescine (Put), spermidine(Spd) and spermine (Spm) in pollens were determined respectively during their storage, and the ef-fects of them on pollen germinating and growing were studied. The results showed that the PAs levels and the germination rate parallelly declined in pollens of Delicious and Ralls apple during the storage. After the pollens were treated with PAs, the germina-tion rate and the length of pollen tubes were significantly promoted in Delicious and Ralls apple. The effective concentrations of Put, Spd and Spm were 30-50, 30-70 and 3-7 μmol/L respectively. Beyond the upper limits, they will be inhibitory effects.be-low the lower limits, they will be ineffects.
