摘要
以8个小麦品种(系)为试材,研究了源库比改变对氮磷吸收积累量及利用效率的影响。试验结果表明,去除部分小穗(源库比增加),使某些小麦品种的氮磷吸收积累量增加。另一些品种则降低或基本不受影响。但各品种的籽粒含氮量均因部分去穗而增加。另一方面,部分去叶(源库比降低)使各品种的氮磷吸收积累量及籽粒含氮量降低。试验结果还表明,不同小麦品种间存在着氮磷利用效率的差异。同一品种氮磷利用效率的变化与吸收积累量成负相关。
Taking 8 winter wheat cultivars as experimental materials, the effect of altered source-sink ratios on accumulation and utilization efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus were studied. The experimental results revealed that different wheat cultivars responded differently to partial degraining in nitrogen and phosphorus uptake. Some increased. while others decreased or had no significant changes. However, the nitrogen content in the remaining grains of all cultivars were increased. On the other hand. uptake of nitro-gen and phosphorus as well as nitrogen content in grains were reduced by leaf removal. It was also showed that there existed difference in nitrogen and phosphorus utilization efficiency among cultivars and that utilization effcicency with altered sourcesink ratios for the same cultivar were negetively related to the amount of nitrogen and phosphorus accumulated in the plant.
