摘要
用聚丙烯酞胺凝胶电泳技术测定了葡萄状核桃和普通核桃(JuglansregiaL.)6种组织的过氧化物酶同工酶。分析比较了两种核桃酶谱和酶活性的异同。结果表明,葡萄状核桃除当年生果枝外,其它各组织中的过氧化物酶活性均低于普通核桃。葡萄状核桃雄花轴、雌花和雄花中酶带的数目也比普通核桃相应组织为少。因此认为,过氧化物酶同工酸与核桃雌花序的发育关系密切。
Normally, every bunch of walnut fruit has only 2 to 4 drupes. But, a special bunch of walnut fruit tree with over 20 drupes in each of its bunch, found in a farmer's home, in Gangu County, the central part of Gansu Province, has been growing for about fif-teen years. Its bunch of walnut fruit looks like a cluster of grapes. It is called 'clustered walnut' by local peoples. We have determined isoperoxidase of this special clustered wal-nut and normal walnut by polyacrylamide gel vertical slab electrophoresis. The differ-ence of peroxidase isoenzyme patterns and the activities of peroxidase was analysed and compared. The results revealed that the activities of peroxidase of clustered walnut (including female flower, female floral axis and leaf) are apparently lower than normal walnut, the numbers of isoenzyme bands of female flower, female floral axis and male flower of clustered walnut are less. Therefore, we think that the isoperoxidase has much to do with development of female inflorescence.
