摘要 研究了用优先结晶法对DL-别苏氨酸进行光学活性拆分的问题,在相图基础上选取适当的过饱和度,即配制成原始拆分母液。作为晶种,既可用光活性别苏氨酸,也可用光活性苏氨酸,可用对映的一对光活性晶种,还介绍用单一晶种的拆分方法,提出了L-别苏氨酸与L-苏氨酸、D-别苏氨酸与D-苏氨酸为“胶着对”,L-别苏氨酸与D-苏氨酸,L-别苏氨酸与D-苏氨酸为“离散对”的观点。 Optical resolution of DL-allo-Threonine have been investigated by perferential crystalloization at roomtemperature,oversaturated degree of 0.02-0.05g DL-allo-Thr/g-H_2O is selected. Not only optical allo-Threonine,but also optical active Threonine can be used as crystal seed. Two methods of resolution using single optical seed have been demonstrated.
