摘要
在日立835-50型氨基酸分析仪上,用72min程序进行分析,通常一次只能分析17种氨基酸。采用本文所述方法则一次能分析22种氨基酸。在不延长分析时间,不增加成本的情况下,一次多分析了五种氨基酸,提高了仪器工作效率。经过精密度、准确度试验和样品分析证明:该方法测定的数据准确、可靠,是一个又快又省的好方法。
Generally, We can once analyze 17 kinds of amino acids under 72 min program on HITACHI model 835-50 analyzer. By using of the method described in this article, we can analyze 22 kinds of amino acids. This method can enhance the efficiency of the instrument by once analyzing another more five kinds of amino acids without increasing the analytical time and cost. And it has been proved that the data measured with this method is accurate and reliable through the test of precisin and accuracy and Sample analysis. It is a not only fast but also economical method.
