产PUFA的深黄被孢霉的毒力研究

探讨产PUFA的深黄被孢霉MoritoreUa isabellina AS3．3410突变株的毒力。将深黄被孢霉突变株接种于马铃薯一酵母膏一蔗糖、麦芽汁一蛋白胨、麦芽汁一酵母膏3种产毒液体培养基中,(28±1)oC培养14 d,观察其对受试小鼠的毒性反应或死亡,结果表明无论是处理的雄性小鼠组还是雌性小鼠组的体重增长值均高于其相应的对照组；同时未见受试小鼠有毒性反应或死亡,证明深黄被孢霉发酵生产油脂PUFA是安全的。

To evaluate the toxicity of Moritorella isabellina AS3. 3410 mutation strain used to produce PUFA, Moritorella isabellina AS3. 3410 mutation strain was cuhrued in potato - yeast cream - sucrose, wort - peptone and wort - yeast cream fluid medium at （28 ± 1 ）℃ for 14 days respectively, and its toxicity on mice was detected. The results showed that the growth rate of treatment groups were higher than that of control group, and there were no toxic reaction and death had been observed in treatment group. The security of Moritorella isabellina AS3. 3410 mutation strain used to produce PUFA is all right.
