摘要
以十三酸甲酯为内标,建立了菜籽生物柴油中主要脂肪酸甲酯的气相色谱测定法。进样中各脂肪酸甲酯含量在各自线性范围内的线性相关系数r≥0.9963、平均回收率在97.59%。101.42%、相对标准偏差在1.32%-2.89%。通过测定反应试样中的脂肪酸甲酯总量,再与原料油脂完全甲酯化产品中的甲酯总量相比较,可以准确地判断生物柴油合成反应程度。
A determination method of fatty acid methyl esters in rapeseed biodiesel by GC was developed, where tridecanoic acid methyl ester was used as an internal standard. When the content of the fatty acid methyl esters in sample was respectively in their own linear range, the linearity relative coefficient was more than 0. 9963, the average recoveries was from 97.59% to 101.42% ( n = 5 ) and the relative standard deviations was from 1.32% to 2.89%. The synthesis reaction degree can be judged accurately by comparing the total content of the fatty acid methyl esters in reaction sample with that in the thorough methylization product from the stuff oil.
