噬菌体扩增技术在结核分枝杆菌检测中的应用

摘要 目的评价FASTP laque TB结核分枝杆菌快速检测方法在结核病诊断中的应用价值。方法应用FASTP laqueTB、BACTEC-460及涂片法共同检测112份临床标本。结果31例涂片阳性、BACTEC-460阳性的标本中,FAST-P laque TB方法阳性29例(93.5%);27例涂片阴性、BACTEC-460阳性的标本中,FASTP laque TB方法阳性19例(70.3%);54例涂片阴性、BACTEC-460阴性的标本中,FASTP laque TB方法阳性14例(25.9%)。结论FASTP laqueTB方法能快速、简便地检测结核分枝杆菌,且检出率较高,可作为结核病诊断的重要方法。 Objective To evaluate the application of rapid detection for mycobacterium tuberculosis by FASTPlaque TB assay. Methods One hundred and twelve clinical sputum specimens of pulmonary tuberculosis patients were detected with microscope method and BACTEC - 460 mycobacterium assay system. Results Thirty - one clinical specimens with microscope positive and BACTEC -460 culture positive were detected with FASTPlaque TB and 29 (93.5%) specimens FASTPlaque TB were positive. Twenty - seven clinical specimens with microscope negative and BACTEC - 460 culture positive were detected with FAST-Plaque TB and 19 (70. 3% ) specimens FASTPtaque TB were positive. Fifty - four clinical specimens with microscope negative and BACTEC -460 culture negative were detected with FASTPlaque TB and 14(25.9% ) specimens FASTPlaque TB were positive. Conclusion FASTPlaque TB method can detect mycobacterium tuberculosis quickly and easily with high sensitivity and specificity, so it can be used as an important method for diagnosis of tuberculosis.
