白细胞介素16及其与临床疾病的关系 被引量：2

摘要 作为白细胞介素家族中的一名新成员,白细胞介素16(IL-16)有其独特的生物学功能,能诱导人CD4+淋巴细胞、单核细胞和嗜酸性细胞迁移;诱导人CD4+淋巴细胞和单核细胞的IL-2R和HLA-DR表达;通过CD4+受体与T细胞结合;影响蛋白激酶C(PKC)的分布;抑制CD3依赖淋巴细胞活化与增殖。根据IL-16的生物学活性作用方式,其与人类疾病密切相关。
