摘要
采用共沉淀法制备前驱体,再加入助熔剂煅烧合成Gd2O2S∶Tb荧光粉,并对制备的荧光粉样品的晶体结构及发光性能进行了系统研究。结果表明:助熔剂的选择对Gd2O2S∶Tb荧光粉合成影响显著;当L i2CO3与L i3PO4添加量的摩尔比为2∶1时发光亮度最大,且颗粒分布较均匀;当助熔剂的质量分数为0.35时发光性能最好。
Synthesis of the terbium activated gadolinium oxysulfide phosphor (Gd2O2S : Tb) by the flux method was presented. Effects of flux composition on firing schedule especially the firing time was studied. The brightness of Gd2O2S : Tb phosphor can be enhanced and size distribution also be controlled by various flux composition and content. The optimal fluxes include Na2CO3, K2CO3, Li3PO4 and Li2CO3 with the mass fraction of 0.35. As the mole ratio of the lithium phosphate and lithium carbonate is 1 : 2, relative brightness and particle size distribution are improved remarkably.
