摘要
为了减少沥青混凝土路面车辙病害,针对江苏省高速公路沥青路面建设中常用的路面组合形式,通过足尺环道试验评价了不同路面组合的抗车辙性能,为江苏省高速公路的建设推荐了合理的结构组合和混合料类型.试验结果表明:高温致使车辙深度迅速增加;沥青的性质影响车辙剪切流变部分的大小,在中面层使用改性沥青可减少车辙;与半刚性基层相比,沥青稳定碎石基层主要增加车辙的密实部分,而剪切流动部分几乎不变;上面层不同级配形式对混合料的抗车辙能力有显著影响;采用高粘度沥青、聚酯纤维SMA可减少沥青路面的车辙.
Based on the structure combinations commonly used in the construction of asphalt pavement in expressway in Jiangsu province, the rutting resistance performance of different structure combinations were appraised by full size circle tracking test with the purpose of reducing the rutting. The reasonable structure combination and the type of mixture are recommended for the expressway construction in Jiangsu province. Test results show that high temperature increases the depth of rutting sharply; the performance of asphalt affects the portion of shear flow, so adopting modified asphalt in middle layer can reduce rutting; compared to semi-rigid base, asphalt stabilized macadam base mostly increases the portion of compaction, and the portion of shear flow is almost unchanged. It is also shown that different gradation adopted in top layer affects the rutting resistance performance markedly and the adoption of high viscosity asphalt and SMA (stone mastic asphalt) with polyester fiber can reduce the rutting in asphalt pavement.
