农业综合开发加快了渭北旱原农业发展

Six Years′ Comprehensive Agro Exploitation Accelerating Agro Development on Weibei Rainfed Highland

陕西渭北旱原经过１９９０～１９９５年连续农业综合开发，通过实施水旱并举，合理利用天上、地下水资源；全面推广旱作农业技术；广植林木改善农业生态环境和加快渭北产业结构调整等，加速旱区农业经济腾飞，使开发区农业得到迅速发展。“九五”渭北旱原农业建设将在狠抓基础建设、主攻科技进步，发展“两高一优”农业，推进农业产业化，提高综合生产能力，努力实现“２１１１”目标——农业人均建成２亩基本农田，其中１亩旱作农田高产田；社会人均生产粮食１０００斤（５００ｋｇ）。

The agro economic development in the rainfed area and agricultural development in the developing zones on Weibei Highland in Shaanxi Province were greatly accelerated through the successively comprehensive agricultural exploitation in the years of 1990～1995 such as the simultaneous implementation of irrigated and rainfed agriculture,rational use of rainfall water and subsurface water resources,the extensive planting of trees to improve agro ecoenvironment and the accelaration of the readjustment of industrial structure.In the period of the “9th 5-Year plan”,the construction of Weibei Rainfed Highland will be based on the base construction,scientech progress,the development of “two high,one fine” agriculture,the promotion of agro industrialization ,the improvement of comprehensive production ability and the realization of “2111” objectives per capita two mu basic farmland,of which,one mu will be the high yielding rainfed farmland in agriculture,per capita grain production 500kg,and per capita income increase of over 1000 yuan based on the original ground.
