First, this paper briefly describes the military applications of video teleconferencing systems, and then introduces the Theater Automated Command and Control Information Manage ment System (TACCIMS) VTC System and the United States Special Operations Command (CSSC) COM) VTC system. and finally discusses the studies of interoperability issues of VTC systems in the United States Pacific Command.
