摘要 采用活性炭吸附-碱液脱附法无害化处理2,4-二硝基氯苯[CDNB]生产中的废水,使CDNB的含量降到0.5 mg/L以下,达到国家地表水一级排放最高含量0.5 mg/L的标准(GB 3838-2002).活性炭可以反复再生,重复利用,处理废水成本由10元/t降低到2元/t以下.将CDNB转化成2,4-二硝基苯酚[DNP]进行回收,既避免了二次污染,又变废为宝. By active-carbon adsorption and subsequent washing with alkali solution, this research is aimed at treating industrial wastewater in producing 1- Chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene [CDNB] with no damage to the environment. The content of CDNB in the treated water can be reduced to below 0.5mg/L, which will meet the requirements of the highest level of the na tional standard [GB 3838-20023 for land drainage. Active carbon can be revived ahd recycled. The cost of treating can drop from 10 Yuan per ton to 2 Yuan per ton and CDNB can be converted into DNP for recycling. As a result, the waste water has been turned into something useful and second-time pollution will be avoided.
