摘要
为了进一步了解活性污泥菌群结构及其功能,为污水处理的正常运转提供理论参考,本实验采用荧光原位杂交技术和流式细胞术对活性污泥细胞悬浊液进行微生物细胞检测分析,结果发现污泥中α-,β-和γ-变形杆菌亚纲和丛毛单胞菌属的微生物相对含量分别为15.09%,20.50%,12.00%和8.37%;这表明β-变形杆菌亚纲的含量最高,为活性污泥中的优势菌群.
In order to know in detail the microbial community and its function in activated sludge, and to offer reference in theory for wastewater treatment plants, this paper takes advantage of fluorescent in- situ hybridization and Flow Cytometry to assay the microbial community structure in the sample. The results show that relative contents of α, β and γ subclass of Proteobacteria and Comamonas spp. are 15.09 %, 20.50 %, 12.00% and 8.37 %, respectively, which suggests that β - Proteobacteria is the dominant microbial community in activated sludge.
