萝卜过氧化物酶对番茄幼苗生长发育的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究萝卜过氧化物酶对植物生长的影响.用萝卜过氧化物酶对番茄种子浸种和幼苗叶面喷洒后;分别于番茄幼苗3叶1心期和4叶1心期测量番茄幼苗的株高、鲜质量和干质量等形态指标,测定幼苗根部的可溶性蛋白含量和过氧化物酶的活性;并用活性电泳和PCR检测萝卜过氧化物酶和番茄过氧化物酶的差异.结果表明:萝卜过氧化物酶能显著促进番茄幼苗的生长,并且使番茄幼苗根部的蛋白含量有明显地增加,显著提高其过氧化物酶活性.由此可见,外源过氧化物酶对番茄幼苗的生理和形态指标均有一定的影响. To study the action of radish peroxidase (POD) on the plant growth the tomato seeds were soaked and their seedlings were sprayed with radish peroxidase solution. When the seedlings have 3~4 leaves in a centre, the height, fresh weight and dry weight of seedlings were measured, the activity of POD and soluble protein were determined in the roots. The results showed that radish POD could promote the growth of tomato seedlings prominently, increase the contents of soluble protein and the activity of POD in roots. These suggested that radish peroxidase could promote the growth in tomato seedlings.
