豫北地区高校教师体育健身活动的现状与对策

The Current Situation and Countermeasure on Physical Activity of Universities Teachers in North of Henan

采用问卷调查等方法,对豫北地区14所高等院校的教师进行了体育健身活动现状的调查.结果显示,豫北地区高校教师参与体育锻炼的热情较高,但是缺乏对国家体育政策的了解,“体育人口”的比例低于全国平均水平,体育消费状况处于全国中等水平.同时,对调查结果进行了分析,并提出了合理化对策.

By using the method of questionnaire, investigation on physical activity presents situation of fourteen universities teachers in North of Henan. The result shows that the enthusiasm of universities teacher participating the physical training is higher, hut lacks the understanding of the national sports policy. The proportion of ＂Sports population＂ is lower than the national average level. The sports expense condition locates the national medium level. This paper carries on the analysis to the investigation result, and proposes the rationalized countermeasures.
