建立了人才行业结构数学模型,研究了其稳定性以及通过逐步控制调入比例快速优化人才行业结构.
The mathematical model of talented persons＇ structure in trades was established, the stability of the model was studied, as well as the talented persons＇ structure was optimized quickly by controlling call in ratio.
