摘要
知识推送已经成为知识管理领域研究的一个新方向.首先描述了知识型组织和知识推送系统的基本内涵,说明研究知识推送的现实意义.然后,针对知识工作者面对决策无法及时、准确获取所需知识的问题,分析了知识型组织的岗位知识需求,给出了一种面向知识型组织的岗位知识推送系统构建框架.最后,通过一个实例验证了该构建框架切实可行,有效提升了组织的知识管理水平.
Knowledge push has been a new research field in knowledge management. Firstly, the concepts of knowledge - based organization and knowledge push system are introduced which indicates that there is a demand for knowledge push in the real world. Secondly, an architecture platform of knowledge push system for knowledge-based organization's post is put forward to solve the problem that knowledge worker can not acquire the knowledge for making decision timely and accurately, after the knowledge demand for knowledge organization' s post is analyzed. Finally, the platform is proved to be feasible by applying a case and the knowledge management level of the organization is increased effectively by knowledge push system.
