摘要
丁辛醇装置排出的丁辛醇残液含有一定量的丁醛、丁醇、辛烯醛、辛醇等有价值的组分,但国内已有的装置不能合理利用这一资源。针对国内某生产厂丁辛醇残液物料的特性和组成,通过实验研究,并结合对综合利用的分离流程的模拟和分析,确定了一套新的回收利用的工艺方案。该方案为四塔顺序分离连续精馏工艺,目的产物中丁醇和辛醇的纯度均大于98%,有用组分的回收率为80%~90%。经过设计和工业化实施,证明模拟结果与工业装置实际值基本一致,取得了显著的经济效益。
Butanol and octanol raffinates discharged from butanol and octanol plants contained valuable components, such as butyraldehyde, butanol, octanol and octenealdehyde, but the raffinates had not been rationally used as resource in some existing units. A new process scheme was put forward for certain domestic plant through simulation and analysis of comprehensive application separation process based on characteristics and composition of butanol and octanol raffinates. Trial industrial study was also conducted. The process scheme was mainly continuous flow with four fractionation towers in sequence. Recovery of valuable components reach 80% - 90%. Purity of butanol and octanol was higher than 98 %. Through design and industrial practice, remarkable economic benefit is proved. The simulation results are in good consistency with the actual results of industrial unit under operation.
