摘要
探讨突发公共卫生事件应急预案的编制问题。分析了《合肥市生产性化学毒物突发公共卫生事件应急预案》研制设计思路,预案结构,十大特点,以及预期效益。论述了应急预案编制的意义。
It explores the compiling of emergerey predetermined plan of public health burst of productive chemistry poison in Hefei（EPP）. It analyzes the design, structure and characteristics of EPP,and its expected profits as well.It also illustrates the meaning of compiling EPP.
