摘要
探讨医患关系问题。通过总结分析省立医院以医院管理年活动的做法与收获,提出:在全院范围内树立“以人为本,以病人为中心”的服务理念,深化综合目标管理责任制,全面启动医院转型的各项工作,改善服务,转变服务作风,增进医患沟通,构建和谐的医患关系,确保人民群众身心健康,促进医院建设和医疗事业的可持续发展。
To explore the relationship between doctors and patients.By analysis of measures and achievements in hospital administration year in Anhui Provincial Hospital,it points out that something must be done like improving service quality, developing communications between doctors and patients, changing service means, deepening management system, starting all the work to convert the hospital type, build up harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, ensure people's health both in mind and body so as to promote the continwous development of hospital construction and medical work.
