两种方法固定喉切除病人鼻饲管的效果比较

Comparison of effects of fixing the stomach tube of the patients after laryngectomy by two different kinds of methods

目的:探讨喉切除病人鼻饲管固定的实际效果。方法:选择60例喉切除病人,随机分为两组,对照组用普通胶布固定鼻饲管,实验组采用帽带固定鼻饲管,比较两种固定鼻饲管方法的效果。结果:经统计学分析差异有高度显著意义(P<0.01),实验组用帽带固定鼻饲管不易脱出,其固定效果优于对照组。结论:帽带固定鼻饲管方法有效避免了鼻饲管的脱出。

Objective To study the actual result of fixing the stomach tube of the patients after laryngectomy. Methods 60 patients after laryngectomy were divided into two groups at random.The patients of the control group were fixed the stomach tubes by the common adhesive plaster while the experimental group by the cap strap and the effects of the two kinds of methods were compared. Results There was significant difference between the different groups（P〈0.01）.In the experimental group, the stomach tubes fixed by the cap strap could not take off easily, its fixed result was better than that of the control group.Conclusion The method fixing the stomach tubes by the cap strap can effectively avoid the stomach tubes taking off.
