积极还是消极对待——家族势力对法治的影响

On Family Power's Influence upon Politics

随着农村政治经济体制改革的进行,作为传统文化重要内容的家族势力又重新回到了中国社会。家族势力的存在有其必然性,但是家族势力毕竟是封建制度的产物,它的发展与蔓延从根本上说是与社会发展规律相悖的。我们应该怎样对待这一现象?在这样一个弃与留的矛盾中,我们应该采取怎样的态度?

With the ongoing of the rural political and economic reform, family power, an important component in traditional culture has come back again to the society of China. Family power in nature, however, was the product of the feudal society, which is contradictory to modernization. How we consider this phenomenon should be a big issue for further study.
