最近，Ｓａｋｏ提出了两个电子投票方案，但这两个方案均不满足公正性．作者对这些方案进行了改进，改进后的方案不但克服了上述弱点。

Recently, Sako has proposed two electronic voting schemes, but these schemes do not satisfy fairness. This paper presents an improved scheme which not only overcomes the above shortcoming but also allows voters to abstain.
