对于茶叶经济的管理,唐代经历了从课税到禁榷再到恢复征课的反复变迁的历史时期。本文试图通过茶叶经济与各方面因素的变动关系来分析唐代茶业经济兴起和蓬勃发展,并且从现代经济思想的视角剖析唐代理论家对税茶和榷茶制度的发展所作的静态分析。

Tang Dynasty was an important period for the tea industry economy during which the latter experienced the repeated vicissitude procedure from tea tax management system to monopoly management system. The authors attempt to analyze the rapid development of tea economy through the relationship between tea economy and its various affecting factors, and expound the static analysis of many theoreticians for the economic phenomena appeared during that repeated period from the perspective of modern economics.
