摘要
《公务员法》是我国首次以法律的形式就公务员队伍的管理进行的立法,该法进行了许多里程碑式的创新。但在一些方面也存在不少问题,如公务员范围的界定、公务员的考试和录用、公务员的考核、公务员的救济、公务员对上级违法决定或命令的抵抗权等。为此,我们对这些问题进行了探讨,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策,以期促进我国公务员制度的完善。
Civil servant law in china is the first law which carries in management of civil servant.h proceeds many milestones type creation.However,there also exists some shortcomings,for instance,civil servant's scope,examination and employment,valuation,remedy,right to resist illegal order. In order to improve civil servant system,with principle of criticism,the authors make a discussion on these issues,and then provide countermeasures to shortcomings.
