The layout design of integrated circuit is an important object of intellectual property right,and its technological level conterns the rise and fall of a nation＇s information industry.The infringements of integrate circuit layout design include illegal reproduction,illegally commercial use,etc.which are very dangerous to the society.Every country should strengthen the legislation,investigate and deal with the infringer＇s civil responsibility,administrative responsibility and criminal responsibility in accordance with the law.
