摘要
采用原子吸收光谱结合电化学技术研究了交变电场对304型不锈钢电极表面的溶解和沉积的影响.通过对钝化膜层和溶液中金属离子的含量分析,研究了不同交变电场参数对电极中各金属元素的溶解和沉积.结果表明:电极电化学反应总量随着交变电场频率的升高而减少,随着占空比的增加出现峰值,随着高、低电位的绝对值的增加而增加.同时对交变电场下电极表面各元素的选择性溶解进行了探讨,并通过电化学测试对研究结果进行了分析.
The dissolution and deposition of stainless steel electrode under non - symmetrical square wave electric field were investigated by using atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) and electrochemical measurement. The effects of the parameters of alternating electric field on the growth of passive film and the dissolution of alloying element in stainless steel were studied by analysis of the composition of passive film and the bath solution. Result shows that the parameters of alternating electric field have marked effect on the electrochemical behavior of stainless steel, and the role of alloying element in stainless steel is different in the dissolution and deposition protess.
