摘要
微晶玻璃是一种在计算机硬盘基板应用方面很有潜力的新型材料,对某厂研制的Li2O·2SiO系硬盘基板用微晶玻璃的力学性能进行了测试,对结果的分布状况进行了统计分析。结果表明:与传统的铝合金材料相比,该材料具有较高的抗弯强度、弯曲弹性模量和维氏硬度;其结果均符合Weibull分布,Weibull模数的最小二乘估计值较高,表明该材料强度分布的离散性小,使用安全可靠性高。
The mechanical properties of Li2O·2SiO glass-ceramic used for computer disk were examined and the testing results were statistically analyzed. The Weibull distribution of the flexure strength, flexure elasticity modulus and Vickers hardness of the glass-ceramic indicates that this glass-ceramic has high dependability and is a potential advanced material for computer disk substrate.
