双色ES探针检测慢性粒细胞白血病bcr/abl融合基因的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨使用bcr/abl双色ES探针的荧光原位杂交(fluorescence in-situ hybrid ization,FISH)应用于慢性粒细胞白血病bcr/abl融合基因检测的意义。方法:使用荧光原位杂交方法对2005年1月至2006年2月本院收治的12例慢性粒细胞白血病患者之骨髓细胞进行检测分析。结果:12例CML均检出bcr/abl基因的存在,其中2例伴ASS基因缺失。结论:使用bcr/abl双色ES探针进行荧光原位杂交能为bcr/abl融合基因的检测提供准确直观的依据。 Objective:To investigate the use of fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) with bcr/abl dual color ES probe in detection of gene subset of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). Methods: the bcr/abl fusion gene was detected with FISH in bone marrow cells from 12 CML cases. Results: all of 12 CML cases were bcr/abl gene positive by FISH and 2 cases were associated with ASS gene deletion. Conclusion: the use of FISH with bcr/abl dual color ES probe provided accurate molecular diagnosis for CML.
