摘要
生态城市是一个集生态环境保护、经济稳定发展、社会健康和谐于一体的概念。目前,我国生态城市的建设已形成了一套以“社会—经济—自然”复合生态系统为指导的建设理论与方法体系。构建广西生态城市建设指标体系必须从广西的经济社会发展状况和生态环境特点入手,兼顾经济、社会和生态三个方面的因素。
Eco-city is a concept integrated with environmental protection, stable economic development and harmonious society, etc. Presently a construction theory and method system guided by the complex eco.system of ＂society-economy-nature＂ has formed for the construction of eco-cities in China. The construction of the indices system for eco-city development of Guangxi should be started based on the economic and soCial development and the characteristics of the ecological environment of Guangxi with attention given to economy, society and environment at the same time.
